3. Do you have male and female driving instructors?

Yes. We have male and female ADI-approved driving instructors available, subject to availability.

4. Are your instructors DVSA-approved?

Yes. Our instructors are Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) with years of experience helping learners develop safe driving skills and prepare for their practical test.

5. Do you offer lessons for complete beginners?

Absolutely. You don’t need any previous driving experience to start with us. Our instructors are patient, calm and supportive, helping beginners learn at a comfortable pace.

6. Can I have a female driving instructor?

Yes. If you have a preference for a female or male instructor, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

7. How long is a driving lesson?

Lesson durations can vary depending on your requirements. We offer flexible lesson options, and your instructor can advise you on the most suitable duration for your level and goals.

8. How many driving lessons will I need?

There is no fixed number of lessons that every learner needs. Your progress depends on your previous experience, learning pace, confidence and the amount of private practice you complete.

Your instructor will regularly assess your progress and advise you when you are approaching test standard.

9. Do you offer driving test preparation?

Yes. We provide practical driving test preparation to help you build confidence and develop the skills required for your test.

Lessons can focus on manoeuvres, independent driving, test routes, common mistakes and areas where you need additional practice.

10. Can I use your car for my driving test?

Where available and agreed with your instructor, you may be able to use the school’s vehicle for your practical driving test.

Please speak to your instructor in advance to discuss availability and any applicable test-day vehicle hire arrangements.

11. Do you offer refresher driving lessons?

Yes. Our refresher lessons are suitable for drivers who already hold a licence but want to improve their confidence, refresh their skills or become more comfortable driving after a break.

12. Can I switch from manual to automatic lessons?

Yes, depending on your circumstances. Speak to your instructor and they can discuss the best option for your learning needs.

13. What do I need before my first driving lesson?

You will generally need a valid UK provisional driving licence and must meet the legal requirements for driving.

Your instructor may also ask you to complete the necessary licence and eyesight checks before starting your lessons.

14. Do I need to own a car to learn to drive?

No. Lessons are provided in an appropriate driving-school vehicle, so you do not need your own car.

15. What should I wear for my driving lesson?

Wear comfortable clothing and, most importantly, suitable footwear that allows you to operate the pedals safely and comfortably.

16. What happens if I need to cancel my lesson?

Please give your instructor as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson.

Our cancellation policy and any applicable charges are explained in our Terms & Conditions.

17. What happens if I’m late for my lesson?

Please contact your instructor as soon as possible if you are running late. Lessons will normally finish at the originally agreed time, so arriving late may reduce your available lesson time.

18. Can I book lessons online?

If online booking is available, you can use our website to request or book a lesson. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone.

Call us on 07935 864 093 to discuss your requirements.

19. Are lessons suitable for nervous drivers?

Yes. We understand that learning to drive can feel stressful, particularly for nervous or inexperienced learners. Our calm, patient and supportive approach is designed to help you gradually build confidence behind the wheel.

20. Do you guarantee that I will pass my driving test?

No driving school can guarantee a test pass. Our instructors will provide professional guidance and help you prepare to the required standard, but your result depends on your performance during the test.

21. Can I have lessons before booking my driving test?

Yes. In fact, it is generally beneficial to build your driving skills and confidence before taking your practical test. Your instructor can advise you when you are approaching the appropriate standard for your test.

22. Do you offer motorway or dual-carriageway training?

Additional training on dual carriageways and motorways may be available where appropriate and where the learner meets the relevant legal requirements. Ask your instructor about available training options.
